Preparing for a new exciting season in the MOTUL FIM Superbike World Championship and FIM Supersport World Championship, the Kawasaki Puccetti Racing team has announced a new important partnership with Umatex Rosatom.

Based in Moscow, the Russian company is one of the main producers of carbon products and carbon fibre, a material widely used to make automotive and motorcycle components.

“We are delighted to announce our partnership with UMATEX. It has a strategic importance for us, since more and more composite are used to make automotive and motorcycle components due to the unique properties of this material” explained Manuel Puccetti, Kawasaki Puccetti Racing team owner.

“The global annual consumption of carbon fibre by motorcycle manufacturers is about 600 tons” pointed out Andrey Ignatiey, Sales Director of the company.

“We believe that cooperating with the Kawasaki Puccetti Racing team will help us promote our products among the international motorcycle manufacturers and it will facilitate Umatex to position the brand on the international market” added Alexander Tyunin, CEO of Umatex.

With the commitment to support Kawasaki Puccetti Racing, Umatex aims to benefit from the global exposure given by WorldSBK, one of the world’s most prestigious bike racing series.
